Set in spacious, partly lawned grounds with a good sized private swimming pool (8.5m x 4.5m, depth 1.2m to 2.2m, with roman steps) bordered by sun terraces, there is also a shaded dining terrace and BBQ area, as well as a rooftop solarium (reached by outside steps) with fantastic views.
Inside, Coster Tomeu is spacious and comfortably furnished in a bright, modern style. It is ideal for guests who do not want to use their car all the time as the shops and restaurants of gorgeous Pollensa are within easy walking distance along a cycle path.
