Villa Encinas Son Toni is an impressive, very comfortable and well equipped villa set in spacious and exceptionally pretty lawned gardens with a large private pool (10m x 5m, depth 1m to 2.2m with roman steps) and BBQ area in a quiet residential area midway between the old historic towns of Alcudia and Pollensa (approx. 8 km to either), whilst the beaches of Puerto Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa are 9 km and 14 km respectively. The nearest shops and restaurants are just 5 min drive away. The house is very well equipped and tastefully decorated, offering lots of space and privacy for guests looking for a superior holiday home.
Two storeys. A pathway through the front garden leads to the front door and then into a hallway. Lounge with satellite TV, DVD and CD players, plus patio doors leading onto a shaded dining terrace, from where a few steps lead down to the large swimming pool, bordered by extensive lawns with trees and shrubs for shade and privacy. Also on the ground floor is a dining room, fitted kitchen with microwave and dishwasher (washing machine in utility room), plus a full bathroom and twin bedroom. An impressive staircase leads up to two further twins, a bathroom and the master double bedroom with lounge area, dressing room, ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower.
Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, linen once. Minimum stay 4 nights, arrive any day
