This charming villa is situated in a peaceful countryside location in the C’an Xoti area, approx 3 km from both the beach resort Puerto Pollensa and the historic old town of Pollensa. Lovely country and mountain views can be enjoyed from the swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.4m to 2.1m) area, sun terraces and spacious lawned gardens. Villa Tofol also has a pretty shaded veranda with BBQ at the front of the house, ideal for an al fresco meal, whilst the private pool and gardens are at the rear and bordered by hedges for privacy. Inside, the house is comfortably furnished and well equipped, with the bonus of air conditioning.
One storey. Veranda leading to front door and into lounge/dining room furnished in Mallorcan style with satellite TV/DVD. Modern fitted kitchen with full cooker, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Double bedroom with en suite shower/WC, two twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. Outside kitchen/BBQ area with washing machine and further shower/WC. Free safe.
Lounge and bedrooms all have air conditioning/heating at no extra charge.
Twice weekly cleaning and towel, linen once. Minimum stay 7 nights, arrive any day.
