Situated in a 1,000 year-old olive grove in the Pollensa hills, this converted farmhouse commands glorious views towards Cala San Vicente, Pollensa and the bay of Alcudia as well as distant mountains ranges. Approached by a winding lane, it offers tranquillity, space and comfort, yet is only 2 km from shops and restaurants and 4 km from the beaches. The outside areas are particularly attractive, with an arched covered terrace and dining area/BBQ overlooking the kidney-shaped, swimming pool (gated for child safety) and sun terraces. This house is comfortably furnished throughout in Mallorcan rustic style with many interesting artefacts.
Two storeys. Spacious hall with archway leads into a lounge/dining room with stone walls, feature fireplace and satellite TV/DVD. Fitted kitchen with hob/oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, plus doorway to pool area. Washing machine in utility room outside. From the living room a second archway leads to a double bedroom and full bathroom. On the first floor are two double and two twin bedrooms, plus a shower/WC. There is also a terrace with spectacular views. Free safe. Fans are provided.
Twice weekly cleaning and towel, linen once. Minimum stay 5 nights, arrive any day.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
